20056 - Nora Davis Elementary Additions and Renovations

Base bid work will include all work to construct a new 26,000 square foot one story addition, all renovation work to the existing buildings described in the insurance documents, as well as the full demolition of existing building No. 1 at the Nora Davis Elementary School Campus. All building elements (foundations, floors, wall roofs, etc.) are to be removed in their entirety. Utility lines shall be removed and/or capped. All built site elements such as walkways, steps, and pedestrian bridges are to be removed as indicated on the drawings. Once demolition is complete, the site will be re-graded as indicated in the drawings to allow positive storm drainage.

Estimated Construction Budget: $12 Million
