1. The project scope of work includes ten (10) schools under one contract. The work is funded by ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) Federal Funding.
2. All schools are to receive renovations to student toilets consisting of but not limited to new plumbing fixtures, ceilings, and finishes. The work to Bell, Pearman, and D.M. Smith Elementary Schools includes new ceilings above existing classrooms and work to the Technology Center includes new classrooms built within an existing interior open space. The scope of work at Cleveland Central Middle and High Schools includes replacing and upgrading HVAC, replacing and upgrading electrical wiring as necessary, and new roofing systems as shown in the documents.
