21038.01 Leake County School District ESSER 3
This project includes the removal and replacement of existing mechanical equipment and the electrical upgrades required for the new mechanical systems throughout four (4) campuses in the Leake County School District. Removal and replacement of water fountains throughout six (6) campuses and the removal of existing flush valves/faucets to replace with new touchless flush valves/faucets across five (5) campuses in the Leake County School District. Included in the work is the partial removal and replacement of layin acoustical tile, putting new vents through wood ceiling, as well as removing existing unit pads and pouring new unit pads for the new units. Also included in the work are the structural upgrades necessary to withstand new units installed on top of existing flat roof systems and repairing any damage to existing flat roof systems caused during the renovation.
