The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
Base Bid - Picayune Head Start: Work includes removing existing shingle roofing system including gutters and downspouts, installing new metal panel roofing system and HVAC and Electrical Upgrades.
Add Alt #1: Poplarville Head Start: Work includes removing existing shingle roofing system including gutters and downspouts, installing new metal panel roofing system and HVAC and Electrical Upgrades.
