This project is primarily an installation of HVAC equipment designed to bring fresh air into the conditioned space of the building in accordance with the applicable building codes. This will require some demolition of ceiling tile, walls, and other building components, and the installation of new walls and ceilings where affected. This project also includes the complete tear off and reroofing of the same building where the HVAC related work will occur.

Estimated Construction Budget: Under $400,000
