The project is an expansion of the existing OWA Destination Entertainment & Amusement Park development in Foley, AL New components include: a 200 key hotel of 6 stories, a new indoor water park of 65,000 square feet plus 1 story support spaces, new resort style pools for the hotel, new entry to amusement park and indoor water park with signage, a surf simulator, a wave 30,000 square foot wave pool; miscellaneous food and beverage venues including hotel bar and grill, bar/grill at hotel pool, event stand for bands, sand beach at the wave pool and indoor water park, and extensive landscaping.
