20040 -New Albany Municipal Complex

This project consists of sitework including: new walkway surfaces, paving, restriping existing parking lot, new lighting, planting and other miscellaneous sitework. The scope also includes partial demolition of 2 existing buildings (the former Fred’s department store and the WIC building). The existing Fred’s building will be repurposed into a combination Light, Gas & Water Utility Facility and the Police Department. The existing WIC building will be repurposed into a Municipal Court Facility. Finally, provide exterior wall systems for the two buildings. The new exterior wall systems will be placed outside of the existing exterior wall systems. These walls will have new structural foundation systems and structural steel framing.

Estimated Construction Budget: $4.8 Million
