21010 - South Panola ESSER HVAC

Estimated Construction Budget: Under $1.4 M for Bid A; Under $800,000 for Bid B

This package contains two Contracts for Bid. Base Bid A South Panola High School is a package consisting of replacement of various rooftop and indoor HVAC equipment in the school. Base Bid B consists of HVAC equipment replacement across multiple schools including: Batesville Elementary School, Batesville Intermediate School, Batesville Middle School, and Batesville Junior High School. Both packages also include district and associated electrical improvements.
