20040 -New Albany Municipal Complex ReBid
This project consists of sitework including new walkway surfaces. The scope also includes partial demolition of an existing buildings (the former Fred’s department store). The existing Fred’s building will be repurposed into a combination Light, Gas & Water Utility Facility and the Police Department. Provide exterior wall systems for the building. These walls will have new structural foundation systems and structural steel framing. Provide new interior building finish systems, new mechanical systems. new plumbing systems. and new electrical systems.
