Work on which proposals are invited consists o replacement of water-damaged flooring and associated trim, replacement of water-damaged ceiling panels and various trim elements, replacement of damaged storm and non-storm shutters on the exterior of the building, repainting of various metal and wood railings, miscellaneous exterior painting and various other repairs as indicated in the Bid Documents.
