20096 - Choctaw County School District Remote Learning Center

This project is to reroof and renovate an existing 4,300 sf bank into a Distance Learning Center for Choctaw County School District. The front façade will be demolished and replaced to match the style of the existing adjacent Choctaw County School District building. Interior work will consist of replacing doors and ceilings, new flooring, and paint throughout, as well as some demolition and new construction of interior walls. In addition, new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems will be provided.
