20058 - Wisner Gymnasium Demolition, Laurel School District

This project consists of the full demolition of the burned Wisner Gymnasium at the Jones Campus of Laurel Magnet School. All building elements (foundations, floors, walls, roofs, etc.) are to be removed in their entirety. All built site elements such as walkways, steps, and pedestrian bridges are to be removed as indicated on the drawings. Once demolition is complete, the site will be regraded as indicated in the drawings to allow positive storm drainage, and a decorative fence will be erected in accordance with the design documents.
