20048 - CPS Maintenance Building Reroof

Estimated Construction Budget: $84,000

This project includes a total roof replacement for the Clinton Public Schools Maintenance Building. The areas to be reroofed is the lower and high roof as indicated on the roof plan drawing. The work is to remove existing roofing systems to deck and replace with a modified bitumen system having a 20-year no dollar limit warranty for roof and flashings.
