19112 - Leland High School, Middle School, and Votech Renovation

Estimated Construction Budget: $4.4 M

This project includes the construction of new entry at Leland High School and Leland Elementary School and renovations to finishes and HVAC systems throughout. There are also renovations to local Leland Middle School across town from the other schools and the Vo-tech building near the Elementary School. The work also includes an addition to Leland High School and a new PE building at Leland Elementary School. The high school renovations include HVAC replacement throughout the school and ceiling and flooring work. Renovations at the elementary school include flooring replacements, toilet room renovations, and drinking fountains. Leland Middle School across town gets toilet renovations and a renovated lab space. The Votech building renovation includes work to the toilet rooms in that area.
