Dale Partners Architects P.A. is pleased to announce that our firm has been chosen to provide professional services for the Community Development Block Grant funded project to rehabilitate the Biloxi Saenger Theatre.
For this initial phase, we are providing preliminary and final design plans for restoring the exterior in accordance with the Saenger Theatre Preservation Report prepared by Walter T. Bolton Associates and approved by the Mississippi Department of Archives and History.
“We are honored to play a part in restoring this treasure to its past glory,” commented partner Leigh Jaunsen. “The Saenger Theatre is especially important to us because it is a part of our neighborhood, the historic block currently known as the Vieux Marche. The restoration of this building has a significant role to play in the revitalization of downtown and we are excited to be a part of it.”
This project enhances Dale Partners’ historic renovation experience along with the restoration of the Biloxi Lighthouse, the Gray Slay House, Hardy Hall Renovation in Long Beach and the City of Gautier Old Gautier School Renovation.
