Neil Polen, AIA, moved to the Biloxi office of Dale Partners Architects earlier this year and kicked off his arrival with working on the new Starbucks at Harrah’s Gulf Coast. The new Starbuck’s opened May 22 replacing the Corner Café, and it has been very well received.

“As our workload continues to increase, Neil’s talent will be an added strength in providing best practices to our clients,” commented Leigh Jaunsen, AIA, Partner in Charge of Dale Partners Biloxi. “We are glad to welcome him to the Coast!”

Polen joined Dale Partners in 2014 and worked in the Jackson office. He has developed a diverse portfolio while working at Dale and it includes Cspire Data Center in Starkville, MS; Wind Creek Montgomery Hotel & BB King’s Blues Club, in Montgomery, AL; CAET Wine Bar in Jackson, MS, Belhaven University Housing in Jackson, MS, and signage for the Jackson-Medgar Evers Airport in Jackson, MS. He is also working on a medical office building at Tradition and a historical renovation on the Coast.

Polen received his architectural license in 2016. He received his bachelor's degree in architecture from Mississippi State University in 2010 and completed the Business Advantage Program at Millsaps College in 2012.
