The significance of the LIFE of a FIRM is not determined by its longevity, but rather by the many long-term relationships developed and enjoyed throughout the years.
A Life of Generosity with your TIME, TALENT, and RESOURCES are core values that are passed along to finish well. Our folks are thankful for the many relationships that have allowed our companies: Dale Partners; Dale|Bailey, an Association; and Eley|Barkley|Dale, an Association, to expand our staff and develop our capabilities. With each company comes new, exciting, and challenging projects.
Dale Partners, with offices in Jackson and Biloxi, continues to design new projects in the hospitality and gaming market. From Marriott Brands and Wind Creek Casinos to Caesars Entertainment and Seminole Gaming, we have had the pleasure of designing new hotel/conference centers, gaming features and amenities, clubs, restaurants, and more. We are also working on new corporate headquarters, commercial interiors, community TNDs (Traditional Neighborhood Developments), and more. Our historical work continues to grow through working with Millsaps College on the Christian Center and the Saenger Theater in Biloxi.
Our sister education company, Dale|Bailey an Association, has continued to assist school districts with their facility needs and improvements. We have had the pleasure of working with Rankin County, Amite County, Madison County, South Panola, Clinton, Canton, and Vicksburg/Warren County Schools. It has been a unique opportunity for our partner, Russ Blount, AIA, LEED AP, to collaborate with Gary Bailey, AIA, to design improvements for these educational facilities. They are architects who know education.
For some time, Dale Partners has had a desire to establish an office in North Mississippi. We are thrilled to announce the new joint venture of Eley|Barkley|Dale, an Association (EBD)! As you know, we joint-ventured and designed the GRAMMY Museum® MISSISSIPPI, located in Cleveland, MS. With that success, we realized that it was the beginning of an excellent working partnership. EBD is pursuing work in North Mississippi and Tennessee through its locations in Oxford and Cleveland. We are looking forward to working with Ross Barkley, AIA, on new developments and growing the Oxford office.
As we reflect on Dale Partners’ many years of practice, we are very optimistic about our strategy for the future. We look forward to creating more synergy as these three companies continue to develop. We are grateful for these opportunities and the many people we have the pleasure of collaborating with!
