Having worked at Dale Partners for over 20 years, Russ Blount, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, became a partner in 2014. Russ has managed large, complex projects with excellent communication, coordination, and organization of project details. He has played an integral role in many Dale Partners and Dale|Bailey projects over the years, with the most recent being multiple schools for the Rankin County School District, the Vicksburg/Warren School District, and 2 Mississippi Museums in downtown Jackson.
