SUMMARY:

The EBCC is proposed to be the centerpiece of the redevelopment on the waterfront boardwalk. Our vision for this rebirth takes full advantage of the water and includes a 176,000 sf convention center, 500 room headquarter hotel, mixed use retail and condos, adjacent parking for 1500 cars all with access to the beachfront activities for the public, plus entertainment venues. Our concepts have included the proposed 19.4 acres designated for the hotel conference center, Harrah’s 8.3 acres for a beachfront entertainment venue, the schooner pier, and the recapture of some of the beachfront property.
