SUMMARY:

Our firm is providing services for the design of a new baseball stadium development for a Class A advanced affiliate of the New York Yankees in Ocala, Florida. The stadium is planned to include 4,000 seats and is a part of a sports complex located in the heart of the commercial district. The entry includes a processional of palms trees with classic architecture incorporating hints of Yankee stadium. The stadium will sit on one side of a main roundabout and will face a sports complex on the other side. The design will include amenities such as an entry plaza, team store, stadium club, restaurant, family fun zone and terrace seating.
