SUMMARY:

Dale Partners provided services as a part of a joint venture with Eley Associates/Architects for this 190,053 SF project consisting of housing a large 1,250-seat multi-event all-campus/civic theatre and support space. The facility is used for guest performances and large-scale productions staged by the Theatre Arts and/or Music Departments. It also serves as the home for Theatre Arts and Dance including space for performance, rehearsal, production, and instruction.
