SUMMARY:
Dale Partners, in Association with Piper O’Brien Herr Architects, provided full architectural services for this new Data Center for C Spire in Starkville, MS, known as Project Cumulus. The 23,500 SF building includes a state-of-the-art “white space” for data storage as well as 6,000 SF of high quality office space. The building was recently accredited as one of only 52 Uptime Tier IV Design Certified facilities in the world. The building is constructed to withstand extreme weather events. The mechanical and electrical systems have multiple redundancy to assure uptime reliability through power interruptions.
