SUMMARY:
Tropic Falls at OWA is a 105,000 SF indoor waterpark as well as a 4-acre outdoor addition to the existing amusement park. The outdoor amenities include a 30,000 SF wave pool, a surf simulator, tiki bar, and bathroom facility. Bright colors floral patterns, and tropical landscaping inside and outside of the building carry the Tropic Falls theme throughout the property.
Phase II, which is in the design phase, consists of a 200-room, 8 story resort hotel and a new resort style pool for the hotel.
