SUMMARY:

Dale Partners provided services for the design of a three-story, Class “A” office building on the corner of Highland Colony Parkway and Steed Road. The building is one of the first located on 4 acres of a 75-acre retail / commercial development called Old Agency Square. The exterior is architectural precast concrete with an insulated glass skin and granite accents at the entry. The interior finishes include wood paneling, wall fabrics, polished stainless hardware, carpets and polished thermal granite floor tiles.
