SUMMARY:

Dale Partners was hired to design the new corporate headquarters for a new bank located at the Township at Colony Park. The bank’s location on Highland Colony Parkway and the design of the east façade give it a bold presence. The two-story curtain wall delivers an incredible amount of northern light, while natural light from the east is regulated by the extended shading fin and monumental mass in the midst of the curtain wall. The client specifically desired a more contemporary “Bauhaus” design which contrasts to the adjacent more traditional structures. The building functions primarily as an office building and provides conference space as well as teller areas. This project was completed under the firm name, Barranco Architecture prior to the Dale Partners merger.
