SUMMARY:

Dale Partners provided services for 27,000 SF of flexible open office space for nSPARC that serves aDministrative, research and call center functions. The new space is located on the second floor of the newly renovated, award-winning Mill at MSU, a historic building that originally opened in 1901. All new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were installed, along with redundant fiber and power to ensure functionality 24/7. Raised access flooring was installed to provide a level office floor that had shifted and warped over the years. White noise equipment provides sound attenuation, allowing the three different functions to coexist simultaneously.
