SUMMARY:
Our firm provided services for a new 9-story office building in downtown Jackson to house office and retail space. The Pinnacle is one of several projects that will complete an entire block that started with an existing office building built in the 1980s. Additional plans are in place for mixed-use areas and residential condominiums on the site. The area behind the building features an elegant rose garden. Plans also include upgrading the existing parking garage. This project is LEED-Gold Certified.
