SUMMARY:
Dale Partners provided services for this development known as 550 Russell. The project includes two buildings located on the corner of Russell and Mill streets in Starkville. The architectural aesthetic is intended to match the era and style of the recently renovated Mill building across the street. The first facility of this development is a three-story, mixed-use building with housing and retail space for up to eight tenants on the first and second floors with four condominium units on the third floor.
